The 11th eTwinning National Conference, which was postponed due to the epidemic, was held on 17-19 February 2022 with the participation of 278 teachers, and the 12th eTwinning National Conference was held on 1-3 March 2022 in Antalya with the participation with298 teachers.
Since 2010, the eTwinning National Conference has been traditionally organized by the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies. The keynote speeches of the 11th and 12th Conferences attended by the teams directly supporting the eTwinning activity, academics and experts from various universities, together with the teachers who received the European Quality Label, were delivered by Head of Educational Technologies Development and Projects Department Mustafa Hakan BÜCÜK, Antalya Provincial Deputy Director of National Education Recai OCAK and eTwinning Turkey. Mehmet Fatih DÖGER was the coordinator.
The 11th and 12th National Conferences started with the award ceremony of the projects that won the eTwinning Turkey Special Awards. By invited speakers; Presentations were made on the topics of "Ecology and Sustainability", "Capturing the Rhythm of the Age in Education", "Hasan Teacher's School of Life", "eTwinning Action Research", "Digital Culture and Education".
In conferences, it will support the professional development of teachers; "The Use of P4C in Education", "Artificial Intelligence Applications with Block-Based Tools", "Bibliographic Tools Used in Project Writing", "STEM Based Next Generation Activity Planning in Early Childhood", "Painting, Art, Imagination, Creativity", "Earthquake Workshops were held on different topics such as "Resistant Building Design STEM Workshop" and "Coding Workshop". Moreover; Presentations were made using interactive web tools such as "What Has Changed in Erasmus?", "2022 eTwinning Theme and Innovations", "eTwinning's Integration Process with Universities".
The last days of both conferences were devoted to panels. Teachers who have been successful and awarded in previous years participated in these panels. Our teachers, who shared their experiences, answered the questions asked to them.
