The Quality Education for the Workforce of the Future (E4J) Project, financed by the World Bank, aims to equip young people in Türkiye with the digital, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills needed to enter the labor market. The project focuses on the modernization of learning environments, the professional development of teachers, the strengthening of vocational and special education institutions, and the support of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Implemented in line with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework, the project is expected to enhance quality, inclusiveness, and alignment with the labor market in education, while making a strong contribution to Türkiye's digital and green transformation processes.
